THE GRIZZLY, BARE!

The Grizzly Trail hit the road last Sunday with style. All of the official Grizzly Trail-ers were gathered outside the 'secret location' and when Alan came out and greeted us live on air to a hail of honking horns and flashing lights. For some reason.

I had my place reserved on the Paul from South Shields minibus and you can hear my exclusive story (like some cheap celebrity tabloid) in next week only on Nightowl News, like you care. But it was fun and many a person got to meet Alan (and he was on an autograph signing mission). Loads of people were ready to brave the Beamish Hall dungeons! You can find photos from the event at the Nightowl's Beamish Gallery which you can find by clicking on the link or you can go to Ghost Searchers from more listener pix.

Anyway, moving on...

THE GRIZZLY CRUISE!

Coming soon to a Hallowe'en near you! If you want to book for the three night Nightowl's cruise to Amsterdam then follow the details below. We'll be setting off at about 5.00pm on Thursday night when there'll be a fancy dress disco! The party will last until around 2pm at the earliest. We'll come to rest in Amsterdam the next day where you'll be given information on the scary places in Amsterdam so you can go around for about 6-8 hours (and pick up some hookers on the way). On the way back you'll be treated to a Mini Blade Runner Super Quiz and we'll be arriving back on Sunday morn. And all for the price of a good night out!

The weekend trip is £89 per person based on 4 people sharing. If you'd like to book call the Cruise Booking Line on 08708 488 222 and ask to book for the Metro Radio Hallowe'en Cruise. Have fun and hope to see you there in your fancy dress!

For all those who can't go, don't worry, they'll still be a scary Hallowe'en programme as usual in the normal style. Just it might come a bit earlier in the Hallowe'en week.
