Fun was had by all last Thursday when the Grizzly Trail kicked off in the Gosforth area. Hundreds of Nightowls, led by Alan Robson himself, trailed all over Northumberland looking at scary, but local points of interest that we never even knew were there.

    Even though most Nightowls journeys were taken up trying to find Alan, he delayed his report by 7 minutes and lay on his back when there were Nightowls near. One lady even asked to look in the back of a Nightowls white van, thinking it contained The Flashing Blade, but not so. He drove around in the not so flash Seat Ibiza. In the end only 13 Nightowls got to him at the cave of Sawney Bean and they all received a prize for their troubles.

    Afterwards, Alan  promised to do something similar sometime (but with a BBQ, mmm!). I cant wait to get together with other Nightowls and have bit crack as Paul put it.

    So after everyone was tired and after they put their cars with white paper to bed, we all live in hope that Nightowls will be around for much longer to give us more of this kind of entertainment.

 

There is nowhere else in the world that I know of that actually offers a live and fully interactive tour of local places. And there will be more to come.
